It involves early-life exposure to parasites and environmental toxins that pass to the unborn child through the placenta. Key contributors include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lead<\/strong>: Always present in autistic children; likely acquired in utero.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mercury<\/strong>: Passed from mother to fetus if dental mercury fillings are not removed before pregnancy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brain-invading parasites<\/strong>: Ascaris, hookworm, Strongyloides, and Trichinella larvae\u2014common in dirt and animal-contaminated surfaces\u2014can enter a child\u2019s brain and cause dysfunction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reinfection cycle<\/strong>: Young children constantly reinfect themselves via hand-to-mouth contact, especially in homes with contaminated floors or shoes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Egg contamination<\/strong>: Salmonella found on eggshells and cartons, not inside the egg, poses an added risk. Malvin in eggs can also trigger seizures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Symptoms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Symptoms of autism may include social withdrawal, communication difficulties, and repetitive behaviors.
