Ascaris megalocephala is a nematode classified among the round helminths, closely related to Ascaris lumbricoides but distinguishable by certain morphological features, such as its larger head. According to Dr. Hulda Clark, this parasite colonizes the human body and is commonly found in patients with chronic diseases.
It primarily resides in the intestine, but, like other Ascaris species, it can migrate to various organs, including the liver, lungs, pancreas, and nervous system. This migratory behavior enables it to cause a broad range of disorders depending on the organ it infects.
Dr. Clark identified Ascaris megalocephala as the cause of inflammatory, allergic, digestive, and neurological diseases. Specifically, its presence has been linked to intestinal blockages, pancreatitis, lung conditions such as asthma, and immune problems resulting from chronic inflammation caused by tissue invasion.
Like all Ascaris species, this parasite feeds on the host’s nutrients, and its life cycle includes the production of toxins and mutagenic substances such as beta-propiolactone and 20-methylcholanthrene, both of which are associated with cancer development.
Therefore, Ascaris megalocephala not only physically damages the tissues it invades but also alters the body’s biochemistry, contributing to degenerative and carcinogenic processes. Its presence in the human body represents a significant etiological factor in Dr. Clark’s therapy.
