Although often confused or treated as similar conditions, fibromyositis and fibromyalgia have distinct characteristics and require different approaches. Both are manifestations of systemic muscle infection and toxicity caused by parasites, bacteria, heavy metals, solvents, and drug residues.
1. Fibromyositis
1.1 General definition
Persistent inflammation of muscle tissue with localized or regional pain, associated with stiffness, weakness, and increased sensitivity to touch.
1.2 Main causes
- Trichinella spiralis and Strongyloides → encyst in deep muscle fibers
- Clostridium and Salmonella → colonize damaged or inflamed muscle tissue
- Heavy metals → especially nickel and thallium, impair cellular oxygenation and damage fibers

- High load of Clostridium and latent viruses (e.g., Epstein–Barr, herpes)
- Migration of parasites from intestines or bone marrow into soft tissue
- Solvents accumulated in connective tissue → xylene, benzene, PVC
- Heavy metal intoxication → thallium, mercury, cadmium
- Diet factors → fermented foods, bottled drinks, preservatives
2.3 Characteristic symptoms
- Diffuse pain that shifts location → neck, back, legs, jaw
- Tender trigger points on both sides of the body
- Chronic fatigue not relieved by sleep

3.1 Clean, non-preserved diet
Avoid:
- Sugars

- Vinegar
- Commercial beverages
- Additives → benzoates, nitrites, flavorings, dyes
Prioritize:
- Steamed vegetables
- Rice
- Mild fruits
- Plant-based protein
- Cold tap water is the main hydration source
3.2 Rest and stimulus reduction
- Sleep in a room without Wi-Fi, phones, or LED lights
- Sleep before midnight to restore energy
- Use hot baths with sea salt or calming infusions
3.3 Chemical and environmental detox
- Remove cosmetics and personal care products containing solvents
- Avoid plastic, aluminum, and non-stick cookware
- Filter indoor air if exposed to fragrances or fresh paint
3.4 Controlled movement
- Gentle activity → walking, light stretching, passive joint mobility
