This is a variation of Dr. Hulda Clark’s liver cleanse.
Since the parasite cleanse is recommended before any other cleanse, the black walnut hull tincture is omitted and boldo leaves are used instead.
Black walnut hull helps to expel parasites by stimulating bile release, but this action already occurs during the parasite cleanse. Furthermore, juglone, the active compound in black walnut, is cytotoxic and should be used sparingly. The tincture can also be difficult to obtain outside the United States.
Boldo is a South American herb well known for its bile-stimulating and liver-supporting properties. Replacing black walnut with boldo makes the cleanse more focused on liver health and detoxification.
How boldo enhances the liver cleanse
- ✅ Increases bile production
- ✅ Supports liver detoxification pathways
- ✅ Reduces oxidative stress and inflammation
This liver cleanse opens the bile ducts, stimulates bile flow, and promotes the elimination of toxins and stones from the liver and gallbladder.
Epsom salts dilate the bile ducts, while olive oil and grapefruit juice trigger a strong bile release.
Boldo supports liver function, improves detoxification, and helps toxins leave the liver more efficiently, benefiting the entire body.
If the parasite cleanse has not been completed beforehand, it is best to follow Dr. Clark’s standard liver cleanse, including the black walnut tincture.
Always consult your holistic health practitioner if you have concerns about liver or gallbladder function.
