Polarization is a fundamental aspect of the energetic quality of food. Dr. Hulda Clark found that freshly harvested foods have a north polarization, which supports vitality, cellular repair, and immune integrity. In contrast, south polarization, which develops as food ages or is stored, is associated with degeneration, uncontrolled cell division, and increased susceptibility to disease.
👉 Most modern foods are south-polarized due to preservation methods and prolonged storage, which alter their energetic and biological nature.
Fresh foods such as fruits, vegetables, leaves, flowers, nuts, and grains retain their north polarization for a short time after harvest. Seeds, however, have a natural south polarization due to their generative role. In an ideal diet, Dr. Hulda Clark recommends consuming predominantly north-polarized foods, with small amounts of south-polarized foods coming from seeds.
Polarization also affects the structure of amino acids. Only L-amino acids are usable by the body. As food ages, they convert into D-amino acids, which the body recognizes as foreign. This triggers an immune and inflammatory response, producing prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), which allows bacteria and viruses to proliferate.
Restoring north polarization with a zappicator can reestablish the food’s correct energetic state, reduce its allergenic effects, improve its biological value, and support the body in maintaining balance.
