Foot pain, particularly in the arch and ball of the foot, is commonly caused by the presence of uric acid and oxalate crystals. These acidic compounds settle in foot tissues, especially where circulation is weak and pressure is constant.
To eliminate these root causes, Dr. Clark prescribes a structured treatment approach:
1. Kidney Cleanse
Foot pain will not resolve until uric acid and oxalates are dissolved and regularly eliminated. The kidneys must be strong and efficient to prevent the build-up of these harmful acids.

2. Parasite Cleanse
Dr. Clark found that foot pain is often worsened by parasites, especially when oxalate and uric acid deposits attract bacteria or parasite residues. Starting the Parasite Cleanse two weeks after beginning the kidney program is essential to interrupt the cycle of reinfection and inflammation.

3. Dental Clean-up
If benzoic acid is still being produced in the body, hippuric acid will continue forming and depositing in the foot. This is frequently caused by infected dental material or cavitations.

4. Environmental Clean-up
Environmental toxins contribute heavily to foot pain. Dr. Clark emphasizes avoiding products containing solvents such as isopropyl alcohol, methylene chloride, and wood alcohol. Additionally, all preserved foods, artificial flavorings, and non-distilled beverages should be eliminated. Tap water should be the sole source of hydration.
5. Balance Your pH
Acidic urine is linked to increased crystal formation. Morning urine should be tested with pH strips. If the pH is consistently below 5.5, acid-neutralizing measures must be taken.
To correct acidity follow the toe pain instructions to balance pH:
- Drink only plain cold tap water—no bottled water, no flavored drinks.
- Avoid high-oxalate foods such as chocolate, tea, and cocoa.
- Avoid benzoates and all preserved food items (often hidden in beverages and toothpaste).
- Eat fresh food and prepare it yourself.
- Take calcium and magnesium supplements at bedtime. These neutralize acids and improve nighttime pH.
- Add baking soda to water if needed to quickly raise pH.
A proper pH environment helps dissolve crystals and halts further deposit formation.
6. Additional Measures
- Use the zapper daily, especially near the ankle and foot zones
- Repeat the parasite cleanse if symptoms return
- Wear cushioned footwear, avoid cold floors and tight socks
- Improve circulation using cayenne or niacin as directed
Foot pain is a signal of deep systemic imbalance. Dr. Clark’s approach corrects these imbalances, not with superficial measures, but by eliminating the substances and microbes that created the condition in the first place.
