Causes
Fatigue, ranging from mild tiredness to debilitating exhaustion, is always linked to disturbances in blood sugar regulation, governed by three key organs: the pancreas, liver, and adrenal glands. In chronic fatigue cases, these organs are typically heavily parasitized:
- The pancreas is often infected with the pancreatic fluke, especially when wood alcohol (found in commercial beverages) accumulates in its tissues. This blocks insulin regulation.
- The liver harbors sheep liver flukes, which excrete toxins, viruses (like EBV and CMV), and bacteria, impairing its ability to release sugar from storage.
- The adrenals and thyroid suffer from toxic buildup, which weakens their hormonal regulation of blood sugar and energy metabolism.
Parasites are the primary cause, but pollutants like gold dental fillings, wood alcohol, and food molds also play key roles in damaging these organs.
Symptoms
- Generalized exhaustion or weakness
- Need for extended rest or partial bed rest
- Inability to sustain mental or physical effort
- Emotional and motivational depletion
- Slow recovery after activity
- Low resistance to stress and infections
Associated Conditions:
Fatigue is closely linked to a range of systemic imbalances and chronic dysfunctions in vital organs. According to Dr. Clark, common underlying conditions include Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and persistent reactivation of Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV), both of which indicate deeper parasite and viral loads in the body. Fatigue is also associated with blood sugar dysregulation, often due to a compromised pancreas and disrupted insulin activity. Adrenal exhaustion and liver congestion—frequently caused by flukes, toxins, and solvent residues—contribute to hormonal imbalance and poor energy recovery. These overlapping dysfunctions form the foundation of prolonged fatigue and energy loss.
Treatment Steps
- Kill Parasites
- Use the zapper and full herbal parasite program to eliminate invaders in the pancreas, liver, adrenals, and thyroid.
- Support recolonization of friendly bacteria with milk or buttermilk for several days afterward.
- Dental Metal Removal
- Remove gold dental materials and metal jewelry (especially gold), which accumulate in the pancreas and contribute to fatigue.
- Liver Cleanse
- Perform repeated liver cleanses until over 2,000 stones are expelled to fully remove EBV, CMV, and parasite debris from the liver.
- This is one of the most important steps in restoring energy.
- Supplementation
- Vitamin C: 3 g per day (supports liver and adrenal recovery)
- Vitamin B2 and B6: to assist adrenal and kidney function
- Chromium (Glucose Tolerance Factor): 200 mcg, 2 tablets, 3× per day
- After 3 weeks, reduce all doses by half and take on alternate days
- Diet and Environmental Cleanup
- Avoid food molds (especially from popcorn, brown rice, cereals without vitamin C added)
- Eliminate wood alcohol sources (e.g., fruit juices, flavored drinks, artificial sugars)
- Make your own beverages and use only sterilized milk if store-bought
- Lifestyle Guidance
- Pace yourself—do not overwork when energy returns
- Rebuilding full energy can take up to two years. Moderate activity is essential to avoid relapse
- Reinfection and exposure to the same pollutants will reset the condition, so maintain ongoing prevention
Dosage and schedule information for the supplements and herbs
Vitamin Support
- Vitamin C: 1–2 g with each meal (up to 6 g/day)
- Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): 300 mg powder or 1 capsule daily with a main meal
- Vitamin B6: 1 capsule per day with a main meal. For advanced fatigue, up to 250 mg twice daily is mentioned
Chromium (Glucose Tolerance Factor)
- Chromium: Two 200 mcg tablets, 3x/day for 3 weeks. Then reduce to half dose on alternate days
Additional Notes
- Take milk or buttermilk for several days after parasite cleansing to replenish beneficial bacteria
- Fatigue-related supplements should be taken continuously for three weeks. After that, switch to a maintenance schedule (half dose on alternate days) to reduce pollutant risks.
