Fasciola hepatica is a trematode that lodges in the human liver, particularly in the bile ducts, where it causes chronic inflammation, obstruction, and progressive liver tissue damage.
This parasite feeds mainly on gluten, which promotes its development and persistence in the body.
Dr. Hulda Clark directly associates it with liver diseases such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, and liver cancer. Its presence interferes with the production and flow of bile, disrupting fat digestion and promoting toxin accumulation. It also facilitates the colonization of the liver by bacteria, viruses, and fungi, further weakening its function.
