Dr. Hulda Clark often emphasized the toxic burden posed by plastic compounds and their widespread infiltration into the human body. According to her research, plastics are not inert materials but silent disruptors of immunity and metabolic health. She didn’t explicitly mention “microplastics” but referred to plastic compounds in general.
Chemical toxicity of plastics
Plastics consist of various synthetic additives, including phthalates, plasticizers, dyes, stabilizers, and metals such as cerium and zirconium. These compounds leach from packaging, dental composites, synthetic clothing, and containers into food, water, and air. Once absorbed, they migrate to organs and tissues, where they mimic hormones, disrupt lipid membranes, and interfere with cellular signaling.
The Syncrometer consistently detected plastic residues in the kidneys, liver, lymph nodes, tumors, and particularly in individuals with chronic diseases. Notably, cerium from rubber-infused clothing or packaging was found deeply embedded in tissues, making it resistant to elimination.
Dr. Clark also identified plastic-derived acids, such as maleic, malonic, acrylic, and urethane compounds, as potent mitochondrial inhibitors that impair cellular respiration and contribute directly to tumor formation.
Immune suppression and pathogen support
Plastic residues and their metal-based additives, particularly cerium, act as binding platforms for pathogenic organisms. For instance, Clostridium bacteria, a common cofactor for cancer, attach to cerium and embed themselves in chromosomes, driving genetic damage and promoting oncogenic activity. Combinations such as polonium-cerium complexes found in dental plastics emit alpha radiation, further compromising immune cells and exacerbating pathogen colonization.
Plastic chemicals also inhibit white blood cell activity, disrupt calcium metabolism, and interfere with ATP production. As immune suppression deepens, these factors create a favorable environment for:
- Parasitic colonization (e.g., Fasciolopsis buski, Ascaris)
- Bacterial persistence (e.g., Clostridium, E. coli)

- Autoimmune and immunodeficiency disorders, driven by white blood cell inactivation and chronic pathogen presence
Plastic particles function as slow, cumulative toxins. Their chemical components harm immune defenses, disrupt energy production, promote inflammation, and harbor chronic pathogens. Dr. Clark identified microplastic contamination as a significant driver of modern degenerative illnesses, obscured by its pervasiveness and invisibility.
