Dr. Hulda Clark identifies leg pain in children as a condition with distinct underlying causes as compared to adult leg pain. While adults suffer from phosphate and metal-related crystal deposits in the muscles, children’s leg pain is primarily due to environmental and dietary exposures that burden their kidneys and promote oxalate buildup. The pain often affects the thighs or knees and may appear suddenly or at night.

Additional Measures
- Test urine pH regularly; acid pH suggests oxalate and phosphate precipitation.
- Avoid spinach, chocolate, cocoa, black tea, and colored drinks.
- Supply magnesium oxide, vitamin B6, and calcium to block oxalate formation.
- Zapper use is optional and can be applied under supervision for microbial control.
