Causes
Burping, bloating, and gas are not caused by digestion itself but by bacteria fermenting food inside the digestive tract. The main culprits are:
- Pathogenic bacteria: Salmonella, Shigella, E. coli, and Bacteroides fragilis, often found in the intestines and liver.
- Contaminated dairy: Nonsterile dairy introduces Salmonella. Bacteroides fragilis may come from Ascaris roundworms.
- Bile infection: These bacteria invade the liver, digest bile, and re-enter the intestines with every bile release, perpetuating gas formation.
- Heavy metals: Lead, cadmium, and mercury may accumulate in the intestines, lowering immunity and driving off beneficial bacteria.
- Low stomach acid and enzymes: Insufficient digestion leaves food for bacteria to ferment.
Symptoms
- Upper burping or bloating after meals
- Abdominal gas pressure
- Foul-smelling gas (from toxic gases like H₂S or CO₂)
- Pale or orange bowel movements due to bile disruption
Treatments
- Eliminate harmful bacteria
- Kill all intestinal bacteria using a zapper or frequency generator.
- Focus especially on Salmonella, Shigella, E. coli, and Bacteroides fragilis.
- Boil all dairy products for at least 10 seconds. Avoid non-boilable dairy like ice cream or soft cheeses.
- Clean the liver
- Do repeated liver cleanses until bile flow returns to a bright green color (indicated by dark brown bowel movements).
- This helps purge bile-eating bacteria and restores digestion.
- Avoid recontamination
- Stop eating polluted foods.
- Maintain high food hygiene and eliminate sources of infection.
- Support stomach function
- Ensure proper production of stomach acid and digestive enzymes to prevent food from feeding bacteria.
- Remove toxins
- Eliminate heavy metals by cleaning up dentalware and testing water for lead and cadmium.
- Perform kidney cleanses to support detox.
- Restore immunity in the gut
- Detox heavy metals to protect Peyer’s patches and allow immune cells to control harmful bacteria.
