Symptoms
Menopause and PMS may present with: insomnia, irritability, depression, anxiety and nervousness, hot flushes. However, none of these are normal. Dr. Hulda Clar identified an external hidden cause for these hormone imbalances.
Causes
During menopause, when the ovaries stop producing hormones, the adrenal glands are meant to compensate by supplying 20 pg/mL of estrogen and 20 to 100 times that amount in progesterone. If they fail, symptoms arise due to interference from parasites and pollutants. Pathogens such as gardnerella, proteus, chlamydia, campylobacter, neisseria, treponema, and salmonella commonly affect the adrenals, especially given their proximity to the kidneys, where urinary tract bacteria reside. Additionally, toxins from dental metals, solvents, and polluted air or water contribute to this dysfunction. Gardnerella, in particular, can disrupt ovarian progesterone production, leading to PMS.
Treatment
- Kill pathogens:
- Use the zapper or herbal antiparasitic program
- Target key bacteria and viruses
- Cleanse kidneys:
- Remove hiding spots (e.g., crystals) for pathogens
- Avoid cranberry juice due to hippuric acid and solvents
- Support adrenal hormone function:
- Drink 2 pints of water between meals plus water or sterilized milk at meals
- Avoid stressors and reduce body pollution
- Dental and environmental cleanup:
- Remove mercury, thallium, copper, nickel from dentalware and home
- Be cautious of increased fertility after cleanups; avoid pregnancy during detox
Balanced hormone levels and toxin-free glands eliminate menopausal and PMS symptoms naturally, without synthetic hormones.
