Intensive enemas according to Dr. Hulda Clark

The enemas used in Dr. Clark’s therapy are powerful tools to eliminate intestinal bacteria and viruses that are difficult to remove by other methods. They also provide relief in cases of severe constipation. Three main versions are used, each with a specific purpose: the Lugol’s enema, the black walnut enema, and the “super enema.”

Lugol’s enema

This enema provides deep disinfecting and antiviral effects.

• Dissolve ¼ teaspoon (25 drops) of Lugol’s iodine in ½ liter of very warm water
• Introduce slowly using a Fleet bottle or enema kit
• Retain the liquid as long as possible. Cold water causes spasms and urgency
• For the first use, prepare only one cup and do not force retention if discomfort occurs

Black walnut enema

This enema uses extra-strong green black walnut hull tincture to act against intestinal pathogens.

• Add 1 teaspoon of extra-strong black walnut hull tincture to ½ liter of very warm water
• Apply in the same way as the Lugol’s enema

Both enemas can be alternated or repeated depending on the needs of the program.

Super enema (complete procedure)

This advanced protocol combines intestinal cleansing, deep disinfection, and immune stimulation. It requires two types of equipment: a Fleet bottle and a bucket with hose and valve.

1. Preparation and pre-enemas

Before the therapeutic enema, two pre-enemas are required to clean the colon:

• Fill a Fleet bottle with warm water and add 6 drops of Lugol’s iodine immediately before use
• Lubricate the nozzle and anal area with homemade soap to prevent irritation
• Apply the first enema, retain for 5 minutes, then evacuate
• Repeat the process, retaining for 10 minutes

2. Therapeutic enema (bucket method)

• Add 6 turmeric capsules (emptied) to the bucket + 1 cup of very warm water
• Introduce slowly. This liquid is not evacuated

Wait 20–30 minutes, then:

• Add 6 fennel capsules dissolved in ½–1 cup of water. Introduce slowly

After another 20 minutes:

• Dissolve 2 capsules of Coenzyme Q10 in hot water. The solution cools as it enters. Apply

Finally:

• Add ½ teaspoon of Lugol’s iodine directly into the tube
• Introduce the liquid and lie down

Throughout the procedure, keep the tube inserted. Lie back or sit to reduce internal pressure. If the urge to evacuate appears, reduce pressure and proceed gradually.

Key notes

• Do not mix Lugol’s iodine with other substances before use.
• Thoroughly clean all equipment with Lugol’s water (1 drop per cup) until a visible coloration appears.

When followed correctly, this protocol can have an immediate and profound impact on overall well-being. However, it should be integrated into a complete program to maintain the results.
