The intensive liver cleanse is a deeper version of Dr. Clark’s standard protocol. It is indicated when the liver is severely congested, previous cleanses have not produced results, or chronic diseases are linked to poor liver function. It is also recommended for people with cancer, hepatitis, slow digestion, pressure on the right side of the abdomen, or a history of gallbladder colic.
Unlike the classic cleanse, which is done in a single night and repeated every two weeks, the intensive version extends over several days and uses a cumulative strategy. Its purpose is to achieve a more gradual and complete expulsion of gallstones and bile sludge obstructing the hepatic ducts.
Differences from the standard cleanse
The intensive liver cleanse differs not only in duration but also in preparation. During the first six days, a strict fat-free diet is followed to build up bile pressure. This approach increases internal pressure within the biliary system, preparing the body for a stronger release on the cleansing day.
During this time, an active parasite and kidney cleanse should continue, since the liver cannot safely eliminate toxins if the kidneys are blocked or live parasites are present.
Structure of the intensive protocol
Days 1–6
During this phase, you should:
- Follow a fat-free diet, avoiding all meats, oils, butter, eggs, and fried foods.
- Choose cooked vegetables, broths, mild whole grains, and boiled fruits.
- Drink plenty of pure water and optionally 1 liter of chamomile tea daily.
- Continue parasite and kidney cleanses if not yet completed.
You may also take milk thistle, dandelion, or turmeric tincture to support liver function.
Day 6 – Main flush
This day follows a similar schedule to the standard cleanse but under closer control:
- Do not eat or drink anything after 2:00 p.m.
- At 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., take Epsom salts dissolved in water to relax the bile ducts.
- At 10:00 p.m., drink a mixture of ½ cup extra virgin olive oil and ¾ cup fresh grapefruit juice.
- Add 10–20 drops of black walnut hull tincture and take 4–8 capsules of ornithine before bed to prevent insomnia.
After drinking the cocktail, lie down immediately on your back and remain still for 20 minutes.
Day 7
In the morning, repeat the Epsom salt doses. Evacuations begin, and many people observe green, brown, or beige stones floating in the toilet, often accompanied by thick bile or mucus.
Drink only natural juices or soft fruits until noon, then gradually return to light meals throughout the day.
Special indications and warnings
The intensive liver cleanse is recommended when:
- No stones have been expelled with standard cleanses.
- Symptoms of liver congestion persist.
- Deep detoxification is needed in cases such as cancer, hepatitis, or autoimmune diseases (see The Cure for All Advanced Cancers, pp. 94–98).
Do not perform the cleanse without first completing the parasite and kidney cleanses, nor during acute illness, pregnancy, extreme weakness, or when albumin is present in urine.
The protocol may be repeated every 2–4 weeks until no more stones are expelled.
