Dr. Hulda Clark proposed the therapeutic use of magnets as a non-invasive method to eliminate heavy metals, deactivate microorganisms, and restore the north polarity of affected organs, especially the kidneys. This technique helps extract iron, ferritin, nickel, and lanthanides (holmium, thulium, gadolinium) from tissues, stop bacterial activity such as Clostridium, and strengthen cellular immunity.
Small magnets (≤100 gauss), placed with the biological north pole facing the skin over the kidneys or spine, help extract iron and lanthanides such as ferritin, which coats white blood cells and inhibits their function. High-power magnets (1000–5000 gauss) can be used while sitting on them (north pole facing upward) to stop Clostridium DNA replication and stimulate kidney detoxification. For thulium, one of the most persistent lanthanides, it is recommended to combine two 10-gauss magnets over the kidneys and one at the nape of the neck. Both north-polarized water and magnets restore the correct polarity of tissues, facilitating the elimination of trapped metals such as nickel, uranium, and iron. When iron deposits outside ferritin, it magnetizes with south polarity, altering tissue function; proper placement of magnets restores the north polarity required for detoxification.

Usage instructions
Magnets must always be applied with the biological north pole in direct contact with the skin, since the south pole may stimulate the growth of bacteria, fungi, or abnormal cells. Check the polarity with a compass before use. Secure magnets with adhesive tape and begin with no more than three small magnets per area (for example, abdomen or back) for 20 minutes. Then, move each magnet 1–2 cm and repeat up to three consecutive sessions. After these applications, it is necessary to support the excretory organs to facilitate the elimination of mobilized metals.

Advanced protocol
After the first zapping session of kidneys, adrenals, and bladder, two small magnets (5–10 gauss) may be placed over each kidney for up to one hour. After a one-hour break, they may be reapplied. Once the body adapts and effects such as dizziness or weakness disappear, up to 20 magnets can be distributed across the body, always keeping two over the kidney area.
If lanthanides or tumor regions are detected, place four small magnets over the affected area, 7–8 cm apart, for 20 minutes. Rest 5 minutes and repeat if needed. Alternatively, sit on a large magnet (4000–5000 gauss) for 5 minutes, rest 25, and repeat several times a day.
Warnings
- Do not use magnets during zapping sessions.
- Do not place magnets over the heart.
- Contraindicated for people with pacemakers.
- Keep away from sensitive electronic equipment.
- Do not heat or drop magnets (this may demagnetize them).
- Do not exceed the recommended application time per session; overuse may temporarily reduce the treated organ’s activity.
