Dr. Clark’s parasite cleanse uses three different herbs because parasites exist in different life stages. No single herb addresses the entire life cycle. The program is designed to eliminate adult parasites, larvae, and eggs, reducing the possibility of reinfection from surviving stages. The cleanse lasts 18 days, followed by a weekly maintenance program.
Phase 1. Green black walnut hull #
Main target: Adult parasites
The cleanse begins with gradually increasing doses of green black walnut hull tincture. Dr. Clark used it primarily to eliminate adult parasites. During the first few days, many people notice little change, but as the dosage increases, parasite elimination becomes more pronounced.
Typical timing: Days 4 to 7
What is happening:
- Adult parasites are being eliminated.
- Parasite debris and associated toxins begin entering the body’s elimination pathways.
- The liver, kidneys, bowels, lymphatic system, and skin increase their cleansing activity.
Typical sensations:
- Fatigue
- Headaches
- Brain fog
- Mild nausea
- Flu-like feelings
- Increased bowel movements
- Digestive discomfort
- Increased mucus production
⚠️ This is often the first period when noticeable cleansing reactions occur.
Phase 2. Wormwood #
Main target: Larvae and immature parasite stages
As adult parasites are reduced, wormwood is gradually increased to target younger stages that remain in the body. This is often the most active part of the cleanse.
Typical timing: Days 7 to 14
What is happening:
- Larvae and immature parasites are eliminated.
- Deeper cleansing activity continues.
- The body continues processing waste products released during parasite elimination.
Typical sensations:
- Energy fluctuations
- Abdominal cramping
- Bloating and gas
- Changes in bowel habits
- Increased urination
- Temporary flare-ups of existing symptoms
- Good days alternating with more difficult days
⚠️ Many people report the strongest cleansing activity during this phase.
Phase 3. Cloves #
Main target: Parasite eggs
Dr. Clark used cloves to eliminate parasite eggs. This is a critical part of the cleanse because surviving eggs can hatch and restart the parasite cycle. Cloves are taken throughout the program but become particularly important as the cleanse progresses.
Typical timing: Days 10 to 18
What is happening:
- Parasite eggs are eliminated.
- The parasite life cycle is interrupted.
- Reinfection from surviving eggs becomes less likely.
Typical sensations:
- Mild digestive activity
- Gas or bloating
- Changes in stool appearance
- Ongoing cleansing reactions
- Gradual improvement in wellbeing
⚠️ Symptoms are often milder during this phase than during the middle of the cleanse.
When are reactions usually strongest? #
Days 1 to 3
- Usually little or no reaction.
- Mild digestive changes may occur.
Days 4 to 12
- Strongest cleansing period.
- Most common time for fatigue, headaches, digestive symptoms, and flu-like feelings.
Days 12 to 18
- Cleansing continues.
- Many people begin noticing improved energy, clearer thinking, and better digestion.
What many people notice by the end of the cleanse #
As observed by Dr. Clark during therapy, many patients reported:
- Better digestion
- More regular bowel function
- Less bloating and gas
- Improved energy
- Clearer thinking
- A general feeling of being lighter and cleaner
After Day 18, the cleanse transitions into the weekly maintenance program, consisting of black walnut hull tincture, wormwood, and cloves once per week to help prevent reinfection.
