Causes
According to Dr. Hulda Clark, clinical depression results from microscopic roundworms invading the brain. The most common are Ancylostoma (hookworms), Ascaris (from cats and dogs), Trichinella, and Strongyloides. These parasites interfere with neurotransmitter production and balance. Contrary to popular belief, skin penetration is a minor route of infection. Instead, depression-linked infections mainly occur through contact with animal feces, inhaled dust, and poor hygiene, especially during diapering or cleaning tasks. Once infected, the parasites find pathways into the brain that tend to persist in depressed individuals. These pathways permit recurring brain invasion unless properly treated. Toxins, including solvents, hinder this healing process. Shigella bacteria are also frequently present in cases of depression and must be eliminated.
Symptoms
- Persistent low mood or hopelessness
- Lack of motivation or interest
- Fatigue or lethargy
- Cognitive fog or difficulty concentrating
- Recurring episodes despite medication or therapy
Treatments
- Kill brain parasites
- Use a zapper to eliminate Ancylostoma, Ascaris, Trichinella, and Strongyloides.
- Treat all family members on the same day to prevent reinfection.
- Stop reinfection
- Sanitize hands with grain alcohol after diapering, cleaning bathrooms, or handling animal waste.
- Use gloves for cleaning; disinfect doorknobs and faucets with 50% alcohol.
- Avoid hand-prepared salads, deli foods, and un-boiled dairy.
- Eliminate bacterial contributors
- Kill all Shigella strains with zapping and the Bowel Program (p. 546).
- Boil all dairy products to prevent bacterial reinfection.
- Clean out toxins and restore detox pathways
- Perform the Four Clean-ups: dental cleanup, body product cleanup, dietary cleanup, and home cleanup.
- Avoid exposure to solvents and pollutants that slow brain recovery.
- Support brain recovery
- Do regular liver cleanses every two weeks to help the body process and eliminate toxins (p. 552).
- Repeat cleansing until symptoms are fully resolved and reinfection pathways have closed.
- Additional support
- Supplement with glutamine (500 mg), B-complex, and niacinamide (500 mg) to restore neurotransmitters.
- Avoid foods containing ergot and molds that hinder liver detoxification.
Dosage and schedule:
- Glutamine: 500 mg, 3x daily (with each meal)
- B-complex (B-50): 1x with each meal
- Niacinamide: 500 mg, 3x daily (with each meal)
This regimen supports neurotransmitter restoration, especially in cases of brain stress or mood imbalance.
