1. Daily immune-feeding supplements
- Vitamin C from rose hips:
Take 1 teaspoon of coarsely ground rose hips (seeds included) per day. Provides approx. 2000 mg of vitamin C. Use fresh, organic, and frozen if possible. Do not store after grinding.
- Selenium from Brazil nuts:
Eat 1 large, freshly cracked Brazil nut per day. Provides about 50 mcg organic selenium, equivalent in potency to 1000 mcg sodium selenite. Avoid pre-shelled or oxidized nuts.
- Organic germanium from hydrangea root:
Simmer ½ cup hydrangea root (coarse cut) in 3 cups of water for 30 minutes. Drink several sips daily. Reheat daily and store in HDPE container.
2. Ongoing detox support
- Liver cleanses:
Perform every 2 weeks for at least 8–10 rounds, or until 2,000 stones are passed. This removes gallstones and improves digestion, which supports immune function.
- Kidney cleanse:
Repeat as needed, especially before each liver cleanse. Use parsley water, goldenrod tincture, magnesium oxide, B6 (250 mg/day), ginger (2 capsules per meal for 1 week), and Uva Ursi (2 capsules per meal for 1 week).
3. Avoid recontamination
- Sanitize all food:
Zappicate for 10–15 minutes or use ozonation, Lugol’s rinse, and hydrochloric acid drops. This prevents the introduction of new PCBs, dyes, and parasite stages.
- Avoid immune disruptors:
Continue avoiding food dyes, benzene, PCBs, heavy metals, motor oil residues, and radioactive elements by controlling cookware, food sources, and water.
4. Periodic parasite support
- Rotate parasite-killing herbs monthly:
Maintenance includes Black Walnut Hull, cloves, and wormwood in controlled doses. This keeps white blood cells free of an ongoing parasitic load.
- Weekly zapping:
Have zapper sessions to maintain pathogen clearance and prevent re-establishment of microbial or viral loads. Zap the standard 3x 7 min. with 20 min. breaks.
This ongoing maintenance protocol ensures that white blood cells remain well-fed, mobile, and effective in surveillance, detoxification, and cancer prevention.
