Causes

The flu is commonly caused by Influenza viruses (A, B, and C, as well as Swine flu), but Dr. Clark notes that many cases labeled “flu” are actually bacterial in origin, especially those caused by Salmonella or Shigella, which are often linked to contaminated dairy products. Children’s flu with fever is often caused by bacteria. These bacteria may hide in the body and hybridize with new strains, increasing virulence. Larger parasites may also host the influenza virus itself.

Symptoms

  • Fever
  • Diarrhea and vomiting (more likely if Salmonella is involved)
  • Respiratory symptoms
  • General fatigue and body aches

Treatments

  1. Identify the cause:
    • Test for influenza virus and Salmonella/Shigella using saliva or white blood cells.
    • If bacterial, especially in children, suspect contaminated dairy products.
  2. Remove contaminated foods:
    • Discard all dairy: milk, butter, cheese, yogurt, cream, deli foods, leftovers.
    • Boil all dairy products for at least 10 seconds is a core step to prevent reinfection
    • Use the sick person’s sample to detect which foods are contaminated.
  3. Kill pathogens:
    • Zapper: Use for Influenza A/B/C viruses.
    • Homeopathic remedies like Oscillococcinum™ or Flusolution™ can assist.
    • Herbs may help unbind viruses from cells, supporting immune clearance.
  4. Eliminate bacteria from the gut:
    • Lugol’s iodine: 6 small drops in ½ glass of water, 4x daily. Effective against Salmonella throughout the body in 1 – 2 days.
    • Bowel Program: Needed to clear bacteria from the intestines, as zapping does not reach bowel contents.
  5. Strengthen immunity:
    • Maintain strong digestion (acid levels), regular bowel movements, and avoid prior antibiotic overuse.
    • Inform neighbors if the same food sources are suspected in outbreaks.
