Dr. Hulda Clark’s parasite cleanse

Eliminating all parasites with conventional drugs isn’t practical because each drug typically targets only one or two species and can cause side effects like nausea or vomiting. Dr. Hulda Clark found that just three herbs can eliminate over 100 types of parasites without adverse effects or interfering with other treatments. These are:

• Black walnut hull (Juglans nigra): Used traditionally by Native Americans, it has antiparasitic, antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties. Its active compounds include juglone, tannins, and iodine.
• Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium): Stimulates the liver and digestive system, increases stomach acid and bile secretion, relieves digestive problems, and has strong vermifuge action.
• Cloves (Eugenia caryophyllata): Destroy parasite eggs and relieve pain. They are antiparasitic, antifungal, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory.

These three herbs must be taken together. Black walnut hull and wormwood kill the adult and developing stages of parasites, while cloves eliminate the eggs. If any stage is not destroyed, reinfection occurs.

Supporting amino acids

Dr. Clark recommended ornithine and arginine as optional additions to the parasite cleanse. They are not part of the core program, but make the process more comfortable by helping the body handle the by-products released as parasites die.

• Ornithine:
  • Take at bedtime to neutralize ammonia and improve sleep.
  • Start with 2 capsules (500 mg each) at night, increase up to 4–8 capsules if needed.
• Arginine:
  • Take in the morning to reduce fatigue, support liver detoxification, and strengthen immunity.
  • Use 2 capsules (500 mg each) once or twice daily as needed.

These amino acids aid in support of detox and recovery.

Parasite cleanse steps

Black walnut hull tincture or capsules 600 mg:

• Days 1–5: Increase from 1 to 5 drops in ½ cup of water (taken on an empty stomach) or 1 capsule increase per day
• Day 6: Take 2 teaspoons in ½ cup of water, sip slowly. Adjust for weight: over 70 kg → 2½ teaspoons, over 100 kg → 3 teaspoons or 8 capsules.
• Maintenance: 2 teaspoons once per week or 8 capsules

Wormwood capsules (200–300 mg each):

• Days 1–14: Increase from 1 to 7 capsules, taken on an empty stomach.
• Maintenance: 7 capsules once per week.

Clove capsules (500 mg each):

• Days 1–10: Take 1–3 capsules, three times daily.
• Maintenance: 3 capsules once per week.

Additional guidelines

• Wormwood should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Cloves should be freshly ground to preserve their effectiveness.
• Combining the herbal cleanse with the zapper enhances parasite elimination.
• Family members and pets should also follow the cleanse to prevent reinfection.
