Paragonimus is a trematode that primarily lodges in the human lungs, although it can also migrate to the liver, brain, and central nervous system. Its presence in these organs causes inflammation, cyst formation, and progressive tissue damage.

This parasite feeds on chicken, lemon, lettuce, pineapple, and melon, foods that stimulate its metabolism and replication within the body.

Dr. Hulda Clark links it to chronic respiratory diseases such as bronchitis and asthma, as well as to hepatic and neurological conditions. It is also implicated in immune disorders and tumor processes, particularly when it invades the brain or liver tissues.
