Instead of viewing them as separate, think of this trio as a powerful team that is vital not only for strong bones but also for supporting cardiovascular health.
What does this trio do for your body?
Each member of this power trio has a distinct and vital role:
- Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol): Often called the “sunshine vitamin,” D3’s main role is regulatory. It functions like a gatekeeper, greatly increasing how much calcium your body can absorb from food and supplements.
