Causes
Dr. Clark identified the herpesvirus family (HSV-1, HSV-2, EBV, varicella-zoster virus, and CMV) as latent pathogens that reside in the body’s nerve centers (ganglia). HSV-1 usually causes mouth sores (“cold sores”), often after childhood colds, while HSV-2 appears in the genital area. These viruses do not originate solely from sexual contact; they can also be introduced by larger parasites, such as pinworms, Ascaris, or tapeworm stages, especially from dogs. Viral outbreaks occur when immunity drops, often due to exposure to aflatoxins, moldy food, or heavy metals such as mercury from dental amalgams. Triggers include sudden cold or heat, friction, or skin trauma.
Symptoms
- Tingling or burning sensation (precedes outbreaks)
- Fluid-filled blisters on the lips, mouth, or genitals
- Recurrent episodes under stress or immune suppression
- Skin irritation in affected areas
Treatment
- Boost immune function:
- Remove skin toxins (nickel, zirconium, aluminum) by using only natural, homemade skin care products.
- Avoid moldy foods and contaminated water.
- Replace mercury dental amalgams to reduce chronic immune suppression.
- Suppress outbreaks early:
- At first tingle, zap using 293 & 345 kHz (HSV-1) or 360 & 355 kHz (HSV-2).
- Take 8 lysine tablets (500 mg each) and 1 cayenne capsule immediately.
- Cayenne slows nerve virus transmission.
- Topical care:
- For lesions, apply a paste made from crushed lysine + vitamin C + zinc oxide, moistened with water.
- Keep the area soft using cornstarch or sodium alginate recipes.
- Avoid triggers:
- Skip peanuts, chocolate, citrus, nuts, crackers, popcorn, and toast.
- Avoid ice water, hot metal spoons, and friction (e.g., tweezing, tight underwear, synthetic fabrics).
- Stay out of cold wind and direct sunlight.
- Long-term control:
- Herpes can be gradually eliminated through consistent early zapping before the virus multiplies.
- Even after long remission, continue prevention to avoid reactivation.
Herbs and nutritional supplements for herpes treatment:
- Cayenne – 1 capsule at first tingle (slows virus along nerves)
- Lysine – 8 tablets (500 mg each) at onset; also used topically in paste
- Vitamin C – small amount in lysine paste
- Zinc oxide – small amount in lysine paste
- Cornstarch or sodium alginate – to soften skin and support healing
- (Supportive measures): avoid moldy foods, detox from skin metals, and remove amalgam fillings.
